Privacy Policy

1. The short version

R3CALL does not require an account and does not use a R3CALL cloud service. 115 Studios does not collect, receive, sell or use your memories, notes, attached photos or reminder contents for advertising, analytics or profiling.

2. Information R3CALL accesses and stores

R3CALL may store information you deliberately enter into the app, including:

• memory titles, descriptions and notes;
• dates and times associated with memories;
• local reminder dates and times;
• photos that you explicitly select to attach to a memory; and
• a local marker recording whether first-run onboarding has been completed.

This information is processed and stored locally in R3CALL's private application storage on your device.

3. Photos

When you choose to attach a photo, R3CALL accesses the photo you select through the device's system photo-selection interface and copies that selected image into R3CALL's private local application storage. R3CALL does not upload the image to 115 Studios.

4. Notifications and reminders

If you enable a reminder, R3CALL may request notification permission. Reminder scheduling occurs locally on your device. R3CALL does not use a 115 Studios push-notification server to deliver these reminders.

5. Backup export and user-initiated sharing

R3CALL can create a portable backup containing your memories and any attached photos. The backup is created locally.

If you choose to export or share a backup, R3CALL opens the operating system's share interface. You choose the destination. Any transfer to another app, storage provider or person is initiated by you and is subject to the privacy practices of the destination you choose. 115 Studios does not receive a copy of the backup.

6. Data collection, analytics and advertising

R3CALL does not contain advertising, behavioural tracking or analytics systems operated by 115 Studios. R3CALL does not sell personal or sensitive information.

7. Data sharing

115 Studios does not share your R3CALL memories, notes, photos or reminder contents with third parties because this information is not collected by 115 Studios.

Data may leave the app only where you deliberately use an operating system feature such as exporting or sharing a backup, or selecting content through a platform-provided interface.

8. Data security

R3CALL stores its application data within the private storage mechanisms provided by Android or iOS. Because exported backups can contain your memories and photos, you should store and share exported backup files only in locations you trust.

9. Retention and deletion

R3CALL data remains on your device until you delete it, remove the relevant memory, clear the application's data, or uninstall the app, subject to the behaviour of your device and operating system.

When you delete a memory in R3CALL, its associated app-local photo is also removed where applicable and its local reminder is cancelled.

Backup files that you previously exported exist independently of the app and remain wherever you chose to save or share them until you delete them from that destination.

10. Accounts

R3CALL does not currently provide user accounts, so there is no R3CALL account or server-side account data to delete.

11. Changes to this policy

If R3CALL's data practices materially change, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect those changes. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the current version.
