THE SERIOUS BIT
Underneath the questionable decision-making, the research is real.
We are increasingly interested in software that has to keep making sense when the easy assumptions disappear: unreliable connectivity, changing hardware availability, incomplete information, privacy constraints and systems where simply returning something is not good enough.
One principle keeps appearing in the work: useful technology should know the difference between knowing, inferring and not knowing at all.

115 Labs is deliberately a window into the kinds of problems we are investigating, not a list of secret product announcements. Some experiments will become products. Some will become research. Some will teach us something useful and disappear.
When something becomes worth talking about, it will appear here. When it becomes worth using, it can graduate into the main 115 Studios portfolio.
THE GRADUATION RULE
Idea → experiment → evidence → something real.
Until then, assume somebody somewhere inside 115 Studios is staring at a terminal and saying:
“Okay. That's… significantly better than we expected.”
